Historical Maps of Falmouth

1857 Atlas of Cumberland County

Maps provide the key to understanding the history of Falmouth and its people.  David Farnham of the Falmouth Historical Society will provide an overview of the historical maps used by the Society’s volunteers when responding to questions from community.  One of these maps, the Proprietors Map, was held at the Library for many years. David will highlight the features making these maps special for people interested in Falmouth and share where the maps can be found.
